Yes, we will help to source royalty free stock images for your websites but the numbers of images vary according to packages.

We will require below list of items before strating to work on the projects:

• Company Logo in PNG format
• Images about your business, products & services
• Images of workplace (If you do have)
• Any videos you would like to add in the website
• Content for the website including Contact details (Address, email, contact info)
• Your company brand colour scheme
• All Social Media account links

It depends on which package you choose. We have packages that come with 1 year free hosting. However, the domain is not included, we will help to register a new domain for you and it costs from RM60/year.

Once you have decided to proceed with our services, we will send you the invoice for payment. 40% advance payment deposit is needed to pay before we proceed to start the project. The following 60% is taken upon the website going live and the project is completed. We accept Malaysia bank transfers for now.

Before working together, we will have a quick discussion with the client over phone call or zoom / google meetup to discuss the project. Once we get started, most of the communication will take place over email and WhatsApp if necessary or needed. (we might have a group chat on WhatsApp for quicker response.)

For now, we use only WordPress to build the websites for our clients. WordPress is a platform that is easily accessible for our clients to update themselves, not to say it is search engine and mobile friendly. It is also easier to integrate with third party companies or plugins should you require special functions for your website. WordPress is by far the most popular open source Content Management System (CMS) used by approximately 75 million websites in the world.

Yes, but do take note that any request for amendments after the website is confirmed and published will be charged under maintenance hour.

Yes, we do encourage our clients to update the website by themselves. After the completion of the project, we will provide a simple guide and on spot training (online meeting) for clients to update certain sections upon clients’ requests. However, we do not advise clients to edit the code by themselves if they do no have the expertise. If clients face problems or fail to update even after the guide is provided, we can help to troubleshoot with minimal charges.

Kindly take note that your website will remain lived and published as long as you renew your domain and web hosting with us yearly. If you wish to switch to another web hosting provider, do contact us.
